Cold Room
From the fermentation vessels the beer is then moved into conditioning tanks. Conditioning of the beer is the process in which the beer ages, the flavour becomes smoother, and flavours that are unwanted dissipate. Beer then is moved to the external storage tanks, is bottled, or is casked for dispatch.
We also store already casked beer in here, to extend it's life before it leaves the brewery on its way to customers.
