Why Buy online?

Perhaps you have heard how good the Arran beers are, maybe you have tasted them in a pub or restaurant, or you may have visited the brewery and have run out of Arran beer. You may live some distance from your local stockist (selected branches of Sainsburys, Morrisons, Asda, Tesco, Co-op, and many multiple off sales retailers) or they may have sold out! You may want to buy a few cases and having them delivered is easier than carrying them yourself. Whatever the reason, we have created a safe, and we hope easily used, website where you can purchase our goods over the internet and have them delivered directly to your door within just a few days. We hope you will take advantage of this service.


What about international orders?

Many of our customers come from countries outside the United Kingdom and we are delighted to arrange delivery to virtually anywhere in the world. Naturally the cost of shipment will depend on the destination and the quantity, weight and desired delivery time. Is it safe to buy online?

Yes! Arran Brewery uses the latest measures to protect your security when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.

After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:
  • the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"
  • a padlock symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.

If I put items in my shopping cart do i have to buy them?

Absolutely not! Right up until the point when you are asked to review the order information you have given us and if it is correct to click on the final Checkout button, you can abort the order.

If you don't press the Checkout button then no order information is transmitted to us. If you decide to abandon your order you can either use the back button on your browser to return to previous pages or click the remove button to remove items from your shoping basket.

How do I know you have received my order?

When you submit your order to Arran Brewery a copy of your order information and an Invoice Tracking Number is sent to the e-mail address you have provided us with when you created your account. You will be able to check that your information is correct. If there are any mistakes in the information you have provided, please email us quoting the Invoice Tracking Number. We will send you regular updates by email on the status of your order until it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order after submitting?

Yes. You can cancel any order at any time up to 7 days after you have received the items ordered or before the items are shipped by contacting us by phone or email. A refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be made within 30 days of the cancellation, provided the goods have been received by us.
