Tasting Notes

A mid amber summer ale, light perfumed hop aroma, good balance of malt, fruit & hops with a pleasant dry finish.

With cheese
Tangy cheeses such as mature cheddar, or Lancashire or Red Cheshire; hard cheeses which are salty or have a sour edge.

Arran Sunset is also excellent if drunk with a Ploughman's Platter
